MWEB Connect ("MWEB") makes the WAP Site available to MWEB Subscriber and visitors as a value added service (the "Service").

The Service is offered for free. All other costs, including without limitation those charged by your network operator and/or service provider, are for your own account.
An MWEB subscriber who makes use of the E-mail service is bound by the Subscriber Terms and Conditions available under the Legal Notices.
MWEB will implement reasonable measures to replicate a view of your incoming mail as text on your mobile phone. "Text" in this context excludes, without limitation, mark-ups, scripts and graphics.
Third party content is available and accessible on the WAP Site, as well as links to third party sites. MWEB is not responsible and does not accept liability for the content, products, services, or any offerings available in or through such sites.
The Service is made available "as is" and "as and when available".
You agree that you will use the Service at your own risk and that MWEB will not be liable to you or any other third party for any loss, cost or damages, whether direct or indirect, suffered by you or any other third party arising from, or in any way relating to, your access to, use of, or reliance on the Service.
MWEB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the whole or any part of the Service at any time whatsoever without notice.
